Developments About Psychiatry - Psychiatric - Psychiatric Treatment - Drug Therapy - Therapy

Yes, in my previous article about my psychiatric treatment, I stated that I had an appointment with my doctor on the 24th and that I would inform you depending on the situation. I didn't want to keep you waiting any longer. For this reason, let's move on to our article right away.

The session went very well. My doctor greeted me as always with a smiling face. We had a discussion about my situation before we talked about medication dosage. My main troubles started to recur, we talked about these situations. He advised me of new methods and new ways of relaxation. He stated that it is quite normal that the problems may decrease or increase in some periods, and there is nothing to be afraid of.

I thought about the new advice he gave me and agreed that it could be very useful. Later in the session, we tried a different method during the interview. This method was about how I should deal with these troubles when my troubles increased. I implemented these recommendations in a 15-minute period. My doctor observed me from the outside. He made me happy by expressing that I was doing very successfully and in the right way. I was pleased with this situation because I learned a method that can be effective even in a short time of 15 minutes, which made me much more comfortable.

Towards the end of the interview, my doctor said that the dose of my medicine should remain constant for a while and that I should observe myself. I also found this to be logical. We came to the end of the session and the friendly welcome at the beginning of the session was in front of me this time at the end of the session.

Then I set off for home. While I was driving towards my house in the car, my doctor's recommendations were constantly circulating in my head. I was not bothered by this situation, on the contrary, I felt better. I returned home, took my medicine, and continued to act on my doctor's recommendations.

It has been 2 days since the session and my troubles, which had increased in the previous days, have decreased even more. I experienced particularly great relief from OCD and anxiety. Panic attacks are almost nonexistent. Even if I have outbursts of anger or sudden mental collapse at some moments, I immediately take the situation under control by acting in accordance with my doctor's recommendations.
