The reason for the interruption with the previous article was to observe the changes in myself and the progress in treatment more clearly and to share more accurate information. During this time, I have had a few problems from time to time. I've had situations of obsession or repetition. At times, I experienced a state of anxiety and fear. But in general, I can say that I am good.

I will be seeing my psychiatrist again on the 24th of this month. In this meeting, we will provide an update on the dose and frequency of use of the drug I use. We will also make an assessment about the processes.

As I mentioned in my previous article, psychologist treatment or drug treatment is never a bad situation. Therefore, start treatment for your own and those around you before it's too late. My advice to you is that instead of complicating your life with your problems and making it tiring, get treatment and make it easier.

Here we come to the end of this article. I will inform you about new developments in my next articles.

My advice to you is "live for yourself, not for others"

Stay well..
