How to Make Bread Making Recipe at Home?

  1. First of all, let's add dry yeast and sugar to the warm water that we took in a suitable container for the yeast to dissolve. Since the yeast I am using now is active dry yeast, I will not wait too long. If you are going to use normal yeast, it is enough if you wait for 8-10 minutes for the yeast to activate. If you are going to use instant yeast, you do not need to wait, you can use fresh yeast by thawing it in the same way.
  2. Let's take flour into the kneading bowl, add salt to it and open the middle in the form of a pool.
  3. Let's pour the thawed yeast into the pit we prepared and start kneading our dough.
  4. Because the dough is soft, it may stick to your hands. In this case, you can collect the dough more easily by wetting your hands.
  5. Then let's cover the dough and cover it with a cloth and leave it to ferment in a warm environment for 40 minutes.
  6. When the leaven of our dough comes, let's open it, let's get its air by wetting our hands slightly.
  7. Then, let's take our dough to the counter where we sprinkled flour and collect it by kneading with our hands.
  8. Let's divide our collected dough into 8 equal parts with the knife we wet the tip of.
  9. Let's turn the dough we have divided into meringues, flour it abundantly so that it does not stick to our hands and to the counter.
  10. Let's roll the meringues with our hands and roll them so that the edges are thinner. Instead of shaping your bread like me, you can bake it in a circle shape without making a roll.
  11. Let's put the dough we have shaped on the baking tray on which we have laid baking paper, cover it with a damp cloth and wait for 15-20 minutes for the tray yeast to come. If you do not cover it with a damp cloth, the dough will dry out and crack.
  12. Let's open the tops of our doughs that are left on the tray, and spread the yoghurt we whipped on all of our dough with the help of a brush. In this way, the top of the bread will be browned like a pomegranate.
  13. Finally, with the help of a sharp knife, let's make cuts on our breads, then let them bake for about 20-25 minutes in the oven we preheated at 230°C. By the way, there is a trick that I would like to point out in particular, before starting to heat the oven, do not forget to put water in a heat-resistant container on the bottom of the oven. Water vapor is very important for soft baking of your breads.
  14. Our soft homemade breads, whose top and bottom are browned like pomegranate, are ready. After the first heat comes out, you can consume it as you wish. Bon Appetit.

Tips for making bread without a machine at home
  • If you are going to use normal yeast, it is enough if you wait for 8-10 minutes for the yeast to activate. If you are going to use instant yeast, you do not need to wait, it is very important to wait until it foams in warm water in fresh yeast. This step should not be skipped.
  • Don't be intimidated by the runny dough. The more runny it is, the softer your bread will be. At the same time, you should make sure that the environment where you will ferment your dough is warm. The warmer the environment, the faster the dough will ferment.
  • If you do not have experience in making bread with yeast dough before, you may also have concerns about making the dough into meringue, in fact, it is not as difficult as it seems.
  • First, you can take the dough on the counter where we sprinkle flour and make it into meringue by constantly feeding the floury part from the outside to the inside.
  • The important thing here is to hold the floured part and bend it towards the flourless inner part so that it does not stick to our hands as much as possible. In the same way, it is possible to prepare the meringue by turning the dough meringue inward inward so that the floury side remains on top.
  • If you don't want to use yoghurt to brown the bread, you can still apply water with a brush. If you want the bread to be like stone oven bread, you can also sprinkle flour.

Little Kids With Their Big Dreams

Little Kids With Their Big Dreams ON BEHALF OF LİTTLE KIDS WITH THEIR BİG DREAMS..  There was a little boy named John. He discovered his talent for painting when he was only 11 years old. But his art teacher didn't care about this talent. John continued to draw on his own, and when he was 14 years old, he told his family that he wanted to go to a school where he could improve himself in the field of painting. His family was against this. No matter how much John begged, they did not allow it.
